Shipping & Insurance
Every package we ship is insured up to $100.00. However, please note
that we are not responsible for packages lost for any reason, including
but not limited to:
- An insecure delivery location
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Packages delivered to the wrong address
- Packages stolen after being left by the carrier
All insurance details can be found in the tracking information provided for your package. If you do not receive your package for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to file the insurance claim directly with the carrier.

We regularly offer promotions and discounts, so be sure to check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
Can I edit or change my order?
Once an order is submitted, and confirmed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes items and the shipping address.
